London Sellers Reduce Asking Prices.

Its seems that after 12 months of steady rises in house prices within London, the rate of increase has also dropped from 9% in March to 6.2% in April. March saw sellers reducing their sale prices by 0.5%.

The number of sellers putting property onto the market is also down by 4% compared to this time last year.

The figures published by Rightmove also ranked the five best performing areas in London as Camden up 4.5%, Brent up 2.9%, Sutton up 2.4%, Bromley up 2.4% and the City of Westminster up 2.4%.
